GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PREAMBLE

You are currently using « Fete des Sarmentelles » ticket booking services. The general terms and conditions that apply to this ticket sales and booking service are the one related to the « Fete des Sarmentelles »Association.
These conditions apply to the exclusion of our partners points of sale conditions. These general terms and conditions only apply to the ticket sales service and not to the event itself.


ARTICLE 1 - PRICE AND SEATING CAPACITY

1.1 Ticket prices are shown in euros with taxes included, excluding processing fees and delivery charges as described in section 6.2. The price paid cannot be modified without the agreement of the event organizer. The total number of cumulative seats reserved per person cannot exceed the number of seats specified by the organizer in all categories. The same person cannot perform several orders spaced out in time to by-pass this rule.


1.2 All orders whatever their origin are payable in euros.


1.3 Ttickets remain the property of the organizer of the event until full and final payment is received.

ARTICLE 2 - PAYMENT

According to the time between the booking date and the event date, you can choose or not between two payment methods.


2.1 If the booking is made more than 15 days before the event date, two payment methods are available, bank check or credit card.


2.1.1 Payment by bank check (mode of payment by check selected) is equivalent to a booking option. We recommend that you send your bank check within 2 business days so that we can validate your option. This bank check is payable to Les Sarmentelles and to be sent to: ASSOCIATION des SARMENTELLES - Hôtel de ville - 69430 Beaujeu FRANCE Please ensure to to make a reference of your order confirmation number on the back of your bank check to facilitate the validation of your booking option. This number can be found in "Your order" section once your order is completed, as well as in the confirmation email sent to your mailbox. Your option remains valid for 10 days. After this time, if we have not received your bank check , your option will be canceled automatically. Your option will be confirmed only after the reception of your bank check: to check if your bank check has been received, you can view the status of your order on www.sarmentelles.com, in « My Account » tab, in "My orders" section. Caution: The Sarmentelles Association cannot be held responsible for any delays occurring when sending the bank check.


2.1.2 If the time between the the booking date and the date of the event is less than 15 days, settlement by credit card is the only payment method accepted. The withdrawal of tickets will then occur on site during the event – see section 6.1.


2.2 Buying tickets on site is possible depending on tickets availability until the day before the event at the Tourist Office of Beaujeu, Place de l'Hôtel de Ville - 69430 BEAUJEU - tel. : +33 (0) 4.74.69.22.88. Only bank check or cash will be accepted.


2.3 Only one payment method per order is allowed.

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT SECURITY AND PERSONAL DATA

3.1 Secured payments by 3D Secure (Verified By Visa and Mastercard Secure Code).


3.2 Personal data


3.2.1 Your information and data are necessary to process your order and for our trade relations. This information and data are also stored for security purposes, to meet legal and regulatory obligations and to enable us to improve and personalize the services we offer and the information we send to you. - Data are stored by the « Association Les Sarmentelles » on our booking server. They allow us to ship your tickets, and possibly to contact you, to the extent possible, in case of problems. Under the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have an access right, rectification and opposition to the information that may be used by « Association Les Sarmentelles » - please write to” Association Les Sarmentelles” Place de l’Hôtel de Ville -
69430 BEAUJEU France - indicating your name, address and if possible your customer reference. According to current regulation, your letter must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of a document proving your identity with your signature and the address to which the answer should be sent. A response will then be sent within two months of receipt
of the request. - To access your personal data stored by the « Association Les Sarmentelles », please make the request online or by mail, indicating your full name, address and if possible your customer reference. e-mail: sarmentelles@orange.fr Depending on your choice on the registration form, you will also be proposed to receive mail offers or proposals of « Association Les Sarmentelles » and of our partners. If you no longer want, you can make a request online or by mail at any time, indicating your full name, address and if possible your customer reference.

ARTICLE 4 - CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

Your ticket order is definitely confirmed and binding upon receipt of the email confirming the event's order has been validated. Therefore, we invite you to check your email regularly.

ARTICLE 5 - VALIDATION

When licking on the "Confirm" button at the end of the booking process on the payment page, and checking the box "I accept the sales terms and conditions", you accept all General Sales Conditions without reservation. Unless proved otherwise, data recorded by www.sarmentelles.com constitute proof of all transactions between the Association Les Sarmentelles and customers.


ARTICLE 6 - GETTING TICKETS


6.1 The method of obtaining tickets is related to the payment method you choose and the interval between the date of booking and the date of the event. Whatever your method of payment (bank check or credit card), and if time permits, your tickets will be sent by mail. Alternatively they will be available at the Association Les Sarmentelles office (+33 (0) 4.74.69.26.98) or at the main entrance of the dinner. The rate on the credit card is independent of the actual withdrawal of tickets. In any case,
tickets are settled


6.2 Shipments are made by ordinary mail (with a processing fee of 2 euros per order).


6.3 The payment voucher and tickets are shipped to the address you provide during the ordering process.


6.4 Security - it is not possible to be admitted to the entry multiple times with the same ticket. Ticket reproduction is prohibited and will give you no benefit. Only the first person to present the ticket will be allowed to attend the event. It is presumed to be the lawful holder of the ticket. It is forbidden to reproduce, duplicate or counterfeit ticket in any way or making it available for such purposes. Keep your ticket in a safe place. Use only a formal sales channel to purchase your ticket. Never accept a ticket that is offered by a stranger, it could be a copy. The organizer may refuse entries to the event when several prints, reproductions, copies or imitations of a ticket are outstanding and that access to the event has previously been granted to the holder of an impression, a reproduction, copy or imitation of the corresponding ticket. The organizer has not to check the person's identity with the ticket to verify that it is indeed the ticket purchaser, nor to check the authenticity of
the ticket in since imitation or copy cannot be identified beyond doubt as such at the entry check at the event. If the holder of a ticket has been refused admission for this reason during an access control, there is no right to a refund of the price paid.


ARTICLE 7 - REIMBURSEMENT USE


7.1 No withdrawal right pursuant to Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, tickets are not subject withdrawal.


7.2 A show ticket cannot be refunded even if lost or stolen, returned or exchanged except in case of cancellation of the event. This refund will intervene only for the original purchaser against presentation of the ticket. A ticket cannot be resold at a higher price than the said ticket. No duplicate tickets will be issued even in the event of loss or theft. When checking at the entrance of the place of the event, a valid identity card with a photo may be required and it must match the name registered on the ticket.

ARTICLE 9 - APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES


The ticket sales are subject to French law. In case of dispute, the French courts are competent.
The method by witch you obtain your ticket is related to the payment method you choose and the interval between the booking date and he event date (see Article 2 of the General Terms). Whatever your method of payment (bank check or credit card), and if time permits, your tickets will be sent by post. Otherwise, they will either remove the Office of the Association Les Sarmentelles (+33 (0) 4.74.69.26.98) or at the dinner entrance. Shipments are made by ordinary mail. The payment voucher and tickets are shipped to the address you provide during the ordering process.

Shipping and return
A show ticket cannot be refunded even if lost or stolen, returned or exchanged except in
case of cancellation of the event. This refund will intervene only for the original purchaser
against presentation of the ticket.
Absence of withdrawal Pursuant to Article L 121-20-4 of the Consumer Code, tickets are
not subject to a withdrawal right.
